By placing an order on EastLabsPhoto.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
We provide professional photography and videography services at bodybuilding and fitness competitions. After you place an order, we deliver digital photos and/or videos from the competition you selected.
Delivery times and details are described in our FAQ. Photos and videos are delivered digitally via email with a download link.
Photos and videos are hosted on our Google Drive for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download your files promptly after receiving the delivery email. Storage duration and details are described in our FAQ.
We are not responsible for files that are no longer available after the storage period has expired. If your files expire before you download them, you will need to place a new order.
Our refund policy is described in detail in our FAQ. Refunds are only provided in specific cases as outlined there.
All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of EastLabsPhoto. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the media for personal purposes (e.g., social media, personal archives). Commercial use or resale is not permitted without written consent.
Photos and videos taken during the competition may be used for promotional purposes, including posts on social media (Facebook, Instagram and other platforms), our web portfolio, advertising campaigns (including paid posts and outdoor advertising) and licensing to third parties for editorial use (sports magazines, media outlets, federation publications). This use is permanent and is based on our legitimate interest in promoting our professional work (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
You have the right to object to such use of your image at any time. Email us at [email protected] with the contact tied to your order or a description of the photo. We will process your request as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days remove the photo from our channels and portfolio. We have no control over content that has already been shared, re-posted or archived by third parties (e.g. re-shares on social media, media archives, screenshots).
For junior categories (persons under 18), we do not use portrait photographs in advertising campaigns or for third-party licensing without the explicit consent of a legal guardian. Editorial and portfolio use remains under our legitimate interest, but at the request of a legal guardian we will immediately remove any content identifying the child.
EastLabsPhoto operates as an official media and press partner of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) and its national affiliates. Under this accreditation, we are authorised to photograph and film every competition participant — regardless of whether you have purchased a photo package from us.
Athletes consent to being captured by official media, and to the federation promoting competition results, when they register for a competition through the federation's standard registration form. That consent covers editorial and promotional use of the captured content by the federation and its accredited media partners, including EastLabsPhoto.
If you object to a specific use of your photograph, contact us at [email protected] — we follow the same process as for marketing objections in the preceding section: removal from our channels within 30 days, with the caveat that we cannot retrieve content already shared by third parties.
Photos and videos of a given athlete may be purchased only by that athlete or by their close family members. Other persons (e.g. fans, spectators, third parties) may purchase such media only with the depicted athlete's prior consent.
We cannot reliably verify the identity of the buyer or their relationship to the athlete at checkout. By placing an order you therefore confirm that you are eligible to purchase under these Terms. We rely solely on this confirmation and accept no liability for unauthorised purchases made in breach of these Terms.
If we become aware that a purchase was unauthorised (for example, following an objection by the depicted athlete), we will cancel the order, refund the amount paid and revoke access to the delivered files. Further sharing of already-downloaded files by third parties is prohibited, but we have no means of controlling it.
EastLabsPhoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
