We provide professional photography and videography services at bodybuilding and fitness competitions. After you place an order, we deliver digital photos and/or videos from the competition you selected.
Delivery times and details are described in our FAQ. Photos and videos are delivered digitally via email with a download link.
Photos and videos are hosted on our Google Drive for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download your files promptly after receiving the delivery email. Storage duration and details are described in our FAQ.
We are not responsible for files that are no longer available after the storage period has expired. If your files expire before you download them, you will need to place a new order.
Our refund policy is described in detail in our FAQ. Refunds are only provided in specific cases as outlined there.
All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of EastLabsPhoto. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the media for personal purposes (e.g., social media, personal archives). Commercial use or resale is not permitted without written consent.
EastLabsPhoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
