You can get all these excellent photos and video at a great price, and you will receive them in digital format (.jpeg or .mp4) via cloud storage.

Our team members always provide top-notch material for IFBB, which they use for various purposes like education, posters, commercials, and magazines.

Please note that these photos are intended only for competitors and their family members. Thus, only they are allowed to order and use the pictures for personal use.

It depends on many factors โ€“ your performance, number of photographers we have at the competition, speed of judging etc. For example if you end up in elimination you can expect at least 4 photos (4 poses โ€“ in case we have only 1 photographer) but if you win your category it can be 40-60 photos. We always try to take as many pictures as possible, but minimum number of photos is 3.

Usually it takes 1 to 3 days after the last day of the show. Maximum waiting time is 5 days for small competitions (e.g. Diamond Cup) or 10 days for big competitions (e.g. Arnold Classic). In exceptional situations (failure of equipment, injury, unplanned delays), this period may be extended to 14 days. After not receiving your photos for 14 days you can ask for a full refund (does not apply if you have provided us with wrong contact information).

The delivery time for videos is different than for photos because they take longer to process. Video delivery time is 2 to 5 days after the last day of the competition, but for large competitions it can take up to 10 days.

Until the end of 2022 we have published on our website all photos from the competition in low resolution with watermarks. Many competitors used our photos downloaded from the web with cropped watermarks without mentioning the source. That’s why we have decided to publish only photos from the Awards on our website from 2023 onwards. Photos from previous years will still be available, so you can see the quality of our work. We also recommend you to follow our Instagram where we regularly post photos and videos from the competition.

At the competition you can only pay with cash. If you want to pay before/after the competition you can pay via PayPal, credit card or bank/wire transfer.

Most of the time you can find us at weigh-in/registration (usually we have a big roll-up with our logo there, and we are there for the whole day). If you missed us, you can catch us at the competition โ€“ we are always right in the middle of the press line :). You can also meet us in a hotel, just write us an e-mail for further information.

We may have made a mistake. If you found that some photos (according to our web galleries) or all photos are missing please contact us ASAP.

You should get a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours (does not matter if you registered online before the competition or personally at the competition). If you did not receive an e-mail, please contact us ASAP.

If you do not see any photos/e-mail in your inbox please check your SPAM folder. If it is there please mark the mail as NOT SPAM. If you do not see any mail in the SPAM folder please contact us ASAP.

You should look at our previous work to be sure that you want photos from us. We provide refunds only in 2 cases โ€“ if you receive less than 3 individual photos or if you do not receive photos in 14* days after the competition.

*14 days is the maximum you will have to wait, and it will only be this long if we encounter any sort of problem. The standard time for photos to get to you is 1-3 days.

Yes! We take photos and video of everyone in the competition, it does not matter if you paid upfront or not.

Photos and videos will be stored on our Google Drive for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 1 year. We recommend you to download them as soon as possible. Photos and videos are stored on our Google Drive which has a limited capacity and for this reason we have to clean it regularly. If you lose your photos or videos and they are no longer available on our Google Drive, you will have to reorder and pay again.

No, you don’t need to provide these details. Just make sure your name matches the one in the IFBB blue book. We will use your name to find your results.

You pay once for all categories. The fee covers photos and videos from every category you compete in.

Yes, if you are out in the elimination round, you will still receive at least 4 photos (one for each pose) and a video comparing you with others in the lineup.

Yes, you can order them separately. However, ordering both together will save you money because we offer a package discount.

Yes, ordering before the competition means you’ll receive your photos and videos sooner. Pre-orders are processed first.

No, we don’t edit photos. We provide unedited photos that are color balanced by the camera. Most people prefer to add their own filters on Instagram.

No, we do not add effects to our videos. Our approach is to provide almost RAW footage with basic color correction, without any intros or additional effects.

We shoot in 4K natively but deliver in full HD, as 99% of our customers use these videos on Instagram, which only displays full HD content. This also helps us save data space for both our clients and ourselves. However, if you need your clips in 4K, please contact us, and we will deliver them.

We process photos first as they take less time. While you enjoy your photos, our team is busy preparing your video clips.

Our confirmation emails are not automatic. We manually check each order against payments. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email. Please remember bank transfers may take 1-3 working days to reach us.

If you find the quality of the photos or videos to be poor, please make sure to download them directly from Google Drive. Once they are saved to your device, such as a phone or computer, they will display in full 100% quality.
